TJFOODZ started as a simple idea: bring real, home-style Nigerian and West African cooking to Plumstead High Street — the kind of food that tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares.

Every dish on our menu is prepared fresh daily, using proper spice blends and quality ingredients rather than shortcuts. Our Jollof rice, Ofada rice, Amala, Eba and soups — from Egusi and Ogbono to Efo Riro and Ewedu — are made the traditional way, and served with the sides that make a Nigerian plate feel complete.
